We are looking for a Project Manager for Development Projects

In this role, you will drive exciting development projects to enable the future of cable production. As a Project Manager in Production Development at the client, you will play a central role in driving our investment and development projects, from improving existing production lines to investments in new equipment that meets future needs. You will be responsible for budget, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and with high quality.

These aspects will be crucial in your work, where you, through structure and clear leadership, ensure that projects are delivered according to set goals. You will be responsible for all phases of the project - from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring that the work follows our project methodology for investments (PMFI) throughout the project's duration. Throughout the process, you will continuously monitor and evaluate health, safety, and environmental parameters to ensure a safe, sustainable, and efficient implementation plan that meets both internal requirements and external regulations.

As a project manager, you analyze, foresee, and prevent risks and present regular status and results reports to department management. Through a structured and proactive approach, you ensure that your projects are executed efficiently and in line with set goals for time, budget, and quality. Safety is the client's highest priority, and we always put our employees first. As a project manager, it becomes a natural part of your work to lead and drive projects with a focus on safety at all levels, from machinery and work environment to sustainability and long-term operational reliability. Through your commitment, you contribute to creating a safe workplace where we develop production with care for both people and the environment.

Goal-oriented and motivating leader

To be successful and thrive in the role of project manager, we prefer that you have experience in driving projects within production or industry. Previous work in a coordinating or leading role, where you have been responsible for coordinating various technical areas and stakeholders, is essential. If you also have experience in machine design, safety work, or similar technical development projects, it is a plus. Through your leadership style, you create engagement, participation, and a culture where the team works motivated towards common goals.

Since each solution and high-voltage cable is designed based on customer requirements, the workflow must be consistent yet flexible to adapt while maintaining budget, plans, and delivery dates. You possess the ability to make quick decisions and delegate to maintain focus on results and delivery. Your goal-oriented approach ensures that deadlines are always met.

Additionally, your CV should include:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field or similar work experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Previous experience as a project manager or similar coordinating role.
• Experience with the Props/GATE method for project management is advantageous.
• Good experience with MS Office. Experience with Microsoft Project or the SAP business system is a plus.
• Previous knowledge of CE marking, machine directives, and applicable standards is considered an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both written and verbally.

Start date: Immediate

End date: Approximately 9 months consulting assignment.

Scope: 100%

Location for implementation: Karlskrona, presence at least 3-4 days on-site is required, 100% for the first months and in certain phases of the projects.
